Nothing in a private-label programme is outsourced to a trading desk. Every stage below happens inside the Humen plant, which is why a change request does not restart the clock.
Design & development
Shape, clip structure, refill path and packing card drawn against a target market and a target price.
Mold & injection
In-house tooling and plastic parts for vent clips, balm cases, diffuser barrels and number plates.
Fragrance fill
Imported French fragrance oils, blended to a brief for EU, GCC and US retail, then filled and sealed in-house.
Electronics
USB charging, mist modules, touch keys, ambient light bands and RGB rings wired and tested on the line.
Print & packing line
Retail boxes, sleeves, manuals, language cards and master cartons packed to your artwork and marks.
Export desk
FOB Shenzhen or EXW Dongguan, with the documents, carton marks and loading photos your forwarder asks for.

Steel cut, first article moulded and measured. Dimensional report and golden sample signed off.

What actually changes between destinations
The housing tool usually carries several markets. Scent strength, packing language, certification file and carton marks are the parts that get re-specified per destination.
Quiet scent, full paperwork
Lighter fragrance load, CE and RoHS reports on the electronics, MSDS for the oil, and multilingual box copy. REACH-relevant statements supplied on the current file set.
Stronger throw, gift packing
Higher fragrance load for heat, gold and deep-tone shells, rigid gift box or sleeve, Arabic panel on the retail carton and a hanging-format option for hypermarket aisles.
Retail-ready shelf pack
Blister or colour box with UPC and warning panel, English and Spanish copy, and a plug-in or USB variant matched to the buyer’s channel.
Tight tolerances, small packs
Finer surface finish, tighter colour tolerance, compact single-unit packs and detailed inspection records for the buyer’s incoming check.
Value pack, fast turns
Multi-piece value packs, simplified carton art, and shorter production windows against a repeat forecast.

Ask for the certificate pack before you promise a shelf
Buyers usually need the same four documents before a listing goes live. The export desk sends the current PDF set with the costing reply — never assume a claim is covered, ask for the file on the exact model and the exact market.
