Humen sits on the Shenzhen / Guangzhou freight belt, which is why the default terms on this site are FOB Shenzhen or EXW Dongguan. A buyer can see the showroom, the tooling bench, the fragrance fill and the packing line in a single visit.

What is the minimum order?
MOQ starts at 500 pcs on most cabin diffusers and vent clips, and 1,000 pcs on fragrance balms and parking signs. A mixed container can combine several models in one load — tell the desk which models and we will build the mix.
Can you put my logo on an existing model?
Yes. That is the private-label route: logo print, shell colour to a Pantone or a physical sample, fragrance from the in-house oil library, and your retail box, sleeve, manual and carton marks. No tooling cost, and it is the fastest route to shelf.
How long does a sample take, and what does it cost?
A stock-mold sample is normally produced in 3–7 days and shipped freight collect. New-mold programmes run through design and tooling first, so the sample follows the 3D approval — the desk will put the calendar in the costing reply.
Which certificates come with the goods?
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 cover the plant. RoHS, CE and FCC reports apply to the electronic SKUs that carry a battery or a light module, and MSDS covers the fragrance oil and balm. Always confirm the report matches the exact model and market before you publish a claim.
What are the payment and shipping terms?
Default Incoterms are FOB Shenzhen or EXW Dongguan; CIF and DDP are quoted on request. The desk confirms the deposit and balance split with the quotation, and sends loading photos with the shipping documents.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — buyers are welcome on the floor. Arrange it a few days ahead so the showroom, tooling bench and packing line are all running during your visit, and ask the desk for a location pin before you book travel.
